Account Registration and Security
To use certain features of our Services, you must register for an account:
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You must maintain and promptly update your account information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
- You may not share your account credentials with others
- You may not create an account using false or misleading information

Catalio provides a comprehensive platform for requirements management, documentation, and collaboration:
- Requirements Management: Tools for creating, organizing, and tracking project requirements
- AI-Powered Features: Intelligent assistance for documentation, analysis, and insights
- Collaboration Tools: Features enabling team collaboration and communication
- Multi-Tenant Platform: Secure, isolated environments for organizations
- Integration Capabilities: Connections with third-party tools and services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
When using our Services, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

By using the Services, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
Feedback
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you grant us the right to use such feedback without any obligation to you.
Payment Terms and Subscriptions
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
- Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
- Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Catalio, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services, (b) Your Content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any rights of another party.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services:
- Immediately for violations of these Terms
- For non-payment of fees
- For fraudulent or illegal activity
- At our discretion with or without cause
You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Services.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Services.
Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Catalio regarding the Services
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time
- No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
